1. Services:

All care services for dogs and cats are carried out in accordance with the general terms and conditions and according to professional quality principles. The focus of all measures is the well-being of the animal and the observance of animal welfare.

In general and in principle, we reserve the right to accept or reject orders. Your execution is at our discretion (Alexandra's Pfötchenstube). Work is only done by appointment.

Reserved appointments can only be guaranteed up to 24 hours before the start of the appointment. Only when the appointment has been confirmed by us is it considered booked. For this, the contact details and framework conditions must be clarified at least 24 hours before the start of work. If an agreed appointment cannot be kept by the customer, we politely ask that you cancel the appointment 24 hours before the start of the appointment.

2. Prices/Payment:

Please refer to the on-site consultation for prices. The basic price (total package) is to be paid for each order. The additional services are charged individually depending on the workload. The payment of the service costs, which results from the price list, these terms and conditions and the order, are to be paid in cash (in the case of mobile service) or in the salon in cash or via ATM or card payment after the animal has been cared for.

3. General:

After the care, the animal will be handed back to the customer personally. The client can be present when the animal is being worked on.
